En tant que spĂ©cialiste de la logistique contractuelle chez Kuehne+Nagel, vous gĂ©rerez les opĂ©rations d\’entreposage de bout en bout pour nos clients. Comment avoir de l\’impact

  • ĂŠtre l’interface privilĂ©giĂ©e du Directeur de site, des clients et intĂ©grateurs.
  • Maintenir les donnĂ©es de pilotage, challenger les paramètres logistiques, construire les offres techniques (TO ≤ 1M€) et contribuer aux plans de performance (client, opĂ©rationnel, financier) en lien avec les renouvellements.
  • Élaborer les plans de transformation du site, promouvoir la feuille de route, identifier les leviers de valeur partagĂ©e, et suivre la concrĂ©tisation des gains via les ratios clĂ©s.
  • Contribuer au programme Excellence 2.0 en rĂ©alisant des benchmarks inter-sites, en diffusant les meilleures pratiques (RSE, end-to-end, omnicanalitĂ©) et en assurant une communication fluide pour soutenir l’amĂ©lioration continue.
  • Apporter un support aux renouvellements dans le respect des règles internes (BIA, amortissements, baux, IA…), et contribuer Ă  la stratĂ©gie de renouvellement.
  • Garantir la bonne tenue des rĂ©unions, la qualitĂ© des livrables (fond et forme), et la cohĂ©rence des paramètres logistiques avec le modèle d’ingĂ©nierie/CDC.
  • Coordonner avec le Customer Excellence, partager les paramètres structurants (flux, lay-out…) pour les clients nationaux, et garantir leur alignement stratĂ©gique.
  • Veiller Ă  la qualitĂ© des donnĂ©es saisies dans les outils Kuehne+Nagel et appliquer strictement les règles et procĂ©dures internes (compliance, qualité…).

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

  • Bac +4 en Transport, Logistique, Supply Chain ou Gestion de projets, avec une expĂ©rience confirmĂ©e de 5 ans minimum dans ces domaines, idĂ©alement en environnement e-commerce, retail ou fashion.
  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e de 2 ans minimum en gestion de projet, incluant des responsabilitĂ©s transverses (contract management, achats, direction supply chain…).
  • Excellente maĂ®trise des enjeux logistiques et de l’analyse de donnĂ©es complexes (P&L, KPIs, modĂ©lisation).
  • Solides compĂ©tences en communication, Ă  l’écrit comme Ă  l’oral, avec aisance dans les Ă©changes de haut niveau.
  • CapacitĂ©s de nĂ©gociation techniques et commerciales.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, sens de l’initiative et orientation client, avec capacitĂ© Ă  Ă©voluer dans des environnements complexes et exigeants.
  • MaĂ®trise des outils bureautiques (Excel/Access avancĂ©) et bonne connaissance des fonctionnalitĂ©s WMS.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel nĂ©cessaire pour travailler sur des pĂ©rimètres internationaux.
