We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the Management Team in achieving business objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for food production within a restaurant or hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing operations to provide a great guest and team member experience.
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members.
- Adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Contributing to lowering operational costs and boosting employee retention.
- Delivering a positive dining experience for guests.
- Scheduling shifts and addressing customers’ complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner.
- In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, responsible for the operations of the given outlet.
