Kudos is a well-established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector to deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to its client and is looking to hire a Project Supervisor to join the London team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all aspects of a building including HVAC, M+E and Fabric to be able to deliver the relevant project, plus:
- Good working and practical knowledge of PFI/LIFT contracts and the funding arrangements in respect of Lifecycle
- Health and Safety qualification – i.e. IOSH Qualification (Managing Safely)
- Good knowledge of CDM regulations
- Knowledge of best industry practice in relation to regulations, material, and process including PFI
- Qualified to HNC and/or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience within either a Hard FM, M&E or Building Maintenance services environment
- Prince2/APM relevant training desirable
The Role:
This role will be responsible for managing and delivering Lifecycle & Variation projects across Kudos’ 18 Healthcare site portfolio, based in and around the London areas.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the annual program (LEP) across the year
- Supporting the delivery of all Fix it First and Reactive lifecycle projects where a project management input is required
- Supporting the development of future LEP’s, feeding in known and recommended requirements for attention
- Lead on scoping, quoting, scheduling, supervising and snagging all project works inclusive of larger, complex projects
- Regular coordination with the Technical Manager and Helpdesk Manager to ensure that lifecycle elements are included as necessary within variation works
- Providing active updates on progression of project works as required
- Regular liaison with Finance teams regarding invoices for works to maintain cash flow/cost recovery
- Provide project support on relevant works at a site level (prestart, mid, post inspection)
- Check that all necessary supplier RAMS, certificates, and insurances are in place
- Accurate reporting on CAFM & SAMs Systems
