Our client is a leading professional market leader who operates nearly 2000 locations ranging from 800 to 2000 sq ft sites based in and around every major town and city in the UK. They are seeking an all-round Project Manager/Building Surveyor/FM Manager. You will be able to conduct dilapidations, oversee contractors for refits, and possess an upbeat, positive, \”glass half full\” attitude. Working from home, ideally in and around Chelmsford, you will be able to cover the region within your patch. Experience in office refurbishments is attractive, but retail or similar experience will also be considered. Don\’t miss out! This role is paying up to £55k plus an Audi A3, with a lovely team and great culture.
