Our client is a leading professional market leader who operate nearly 2000 locations ranging from 800 to 2000 sq ft sites based in and around every major town and city in the UK.
They are seeking an all round Project manager/ Building surveyor/ FM manager you will be able to do delaps, oversea contractors for refits and have an upbeat positive half glass full attitude.
Working from home ideally in and around the south west you will be able to cover the entire south coast west to east up to south London. Experience of office refurbs will be attractive but Retail or similar will also work.

Reporting to the Property Director,
Qualifications: Building Surveying (MRICS), Contract or Construction Management Qualification,
Trade Qualification, Health and Safety Qualification.
Full and clean UK driving licence.
