Applications Support Analyst / Developer required to join established FinTech business, the role is hybrid - 1 day per week in the office. Key technical requirements; Proven hands-on website, mobile app support and development experience (ideally Angular or Big Commerce)

Proven hands-on API development or support experience
ETL tools experience
Hands-on Azure ADF, logic app, function app, storage accounts development or support experience
Hands-on Mobile middleware, IIS solution development, or support experience
Experience in SSIS packages support, DB clustering set up, DB, SSIS upgrades, DB performance tuning.
Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting using any monitoring tools e.g. spotlight, solarwinds etc.
Power BI and MS fabric experience optional
Key responsibilities; Provide a customer driven professional service as part of 2 nd and 3 rd line Applications Support within the IT Applications team to ensure all queries are answered and issues and problems resolved quickly and efficiently within defined SLAs
Provide quality support to the business stakeholders of the assigned application xwwtmva services, whilst minimising downtime, maintaining continuous improvements and to report on the performance of any service
Work with the test and development teams, assisting and building applications to support production, non-production and project requirements
Involvement in the IT strategy and roadmaps and provide consultation to developers and solution architects
