Keep the production team moving: quotes, kit lists, schedules, paperwork and a pair of hands on site when it counts. Every event that runs smoothly has someone behind it making sure the right kit, crew and paperwork are in the right place at the right time. That is this job. It is a genuine way into the industry. You will sit with the Project Managers, learn how an event is costed and planned, and get on site to see how it actually comes together. People who do this well here move into project management. What you will do Prepare quotes, kit lists and schedules with the Project Managers. Keep event paperwork in order: risk assessments, method statements, venue forms and crew schedules. Coordinate with the warehouse on prep, loading and returns. Chase the details that get missed, from venue access times to power requirements. Get on site for load ins and show days, supporting the team wherever it is needed. What we are looking for Organised, thorough, and comfortable keeping several jobs moving at once. Clear communicator, in writing and on the phone, with clients, venues and crew. Genuine interest in live events and a willingness to learn the technical side. Happy with early starts, late finishes and some weekends when events demand it. Useful but not essential Any events experience at all, including crewing, venue work, student union production or festival volunteering. Confidence with spreadsheets and scheduling tools. Full UK driving licence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
