Are you passionate about people and eager to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiasticHR & Facilities Apprenticeto join our HR team at Kubus Group Ltd.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards an industry-recognised HR qualification (CIPD Level ) through Cirencester College. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal HR queries, helping to keep HR operations & facilities management running smoothly, and our people supported.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Facilitating of recruitment cycle, including posting adverts, contacting candidates & interview administration.
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees.
- Creation and maintenance of correspondence with employees regarding their employment, for example role changes and pay reviews.
- Assisting with the leavers process for employees leaving the business.
- Inputting payroll data for monthly payroll.
- Updating and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc projects and administration tasks related to HR, Facilities Management and Health & Safety.
- Administration for facilities maintenance, including maintenance of documents, booking repairs, meter readings etc.
- Administration for Health & Safety, including booking training and maintenance of safety equipment etc.
- Administration of employee self-service travel booking system.
- Assist in ensuring compliance across HR, Facilities and Health & Safety.
