The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our relationship with named security vendors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full portfolio of the vendor product stack, maximising Kubus’ ability to exceed all targets set, excluding services.
- Provide relevant content to Kubus marketing to align us with the vendor and Kubus marketing goals.
- Manage pipeline opportunity between both organisations, understanding pipeline requirements to achieve targets.
- Ensure deal regs are efficiently optimised and recorded.
- If relevant, action PSS agreement documentation for par support.
- Manage and maximise all MDF and rebates from the vendor.
- Understand and optimise where Kubus can claim for funded heads and other such commercial support.
- Develop and maintain an annual business plan.
- Ensure regular QBRs are diarised and include Senior Leadership from both the vendor and Kubus, maintain and record QBRs and ensure plans are updated and communicated.
- Achieve and maintain required vendor certifications.
- Be subject matter experts for the vendor internally and externally.
- Ensure regular vendor account teams meet with relevant Kubus account teams.
- Drive vendor investment/sponsorship for the three main Kubus events (kick-off, summer & Christmas).
- Support on framework responses when needed.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for SLT on vendor performance, contract status, rebates, orders against target and recommendations.
- Responsible for project input and claim uploads and execution for funded activities.
- Professionally represent the Company whilst at external meetings, visits and when meeting customers as per the Kubus Code of Conduct.
- Always adhere to Company policy and work in line with the Company Quality Management System.
- Adhere to the Company's ISO 9001, 14001 & 27001 standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to demonstrate Kubus’ Company Values.
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).
- Extensive years’ experience in vendor relationships with the skills to create business plans and execute against them involving multiple departments.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of ICT technologies and full project cycle implementation.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytics and problem-solving abilities.
