We are currently recruiting for a Renewals Specialist to join our team at Kubus. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals by proactively engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to provide a seamless and efficient contract renewal process.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Organise and administer renewal quotes in accordance with the established renewal process, identifying and communicating upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the sales team where relevant.
- Engage with vendors and distribution to obtain support/license/subscriptions renewal quotations.
- Create and develop all customer-facing documentation, ranging from quotes to comprehensive proposals, in collaboration with the sales teams and any other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of renewals activities within the Salesforce system.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for renewal-based queries.
- Ensure that all renewals are accurately processed and invoiced.
- Create any necessary service reports during the contract term.
- Undertake any customer meetings/phone calls required alongside the sales team.
- Provide detailed and accurate renewal forecasts, encompassing pricing, timing and any notable risks.
- Assist in developing, maintaining and reporting on departmental KPIs.
- Focus on continuous improvement of the customer experience and automation of the renewal process.
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement to enhance the renewal process.
