The Role: We are currently recruiting for 3 experienced account managers with a proven track record of successful IT or technology sales to join our successful sales team in Kemble. These individuals will be responsible for new business generation and account management using their ability to build effective relationships both in person and over the phone with new and existing customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for opening new customers to us with a focus on multi-vendor.
- Strong technical and business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers' business drivers and align to our best of breed vendor solutions.
- Prospecting and utilising social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Negotiating issues with peers, and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
- Articulating network related product and business strategies and create the demand to close deals.
- Both cold calling and warm calling into new and existing accounts.
- Responsible for complete sales cycle, from quick and competitive quotes to assisting with issues regarding invoicing and following up of deliveries.
- Maintain and update all customer and sales information within CRM.
- Keeping abreast of Kubus’ current product and service portfolio as well as other technological advances/changes within the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of successful IT or technology sales; strategic account planning; forecasting; quota attainment; communicating business transformational solutions and managed services, via sales presentations; short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
- Sales experience in Cloud, networking, security, servers and storage with any of our core vendors (Juniper, HPE, Palo Alto, Dell, F5, VM Ware, AWS, Cisco and associated Cyber Security solutions) would be extremely advantageous.
- Process and results-driven individual with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to consistently hit annual targets.
- Resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality.
- Knowledge of SFDC, Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc.
- Confident in both cold calling and warm calling into new and existing accounts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong prospecting skills using various platforms and methodologies.
- Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
