The Role:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career in IT? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Administration Apprentice to join our Technical team for an initial fixed term of 18 months at Kubus. You will follow the Digital Support Technician standard in partnership with Cirencester College. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards an industry-recognised IT qualification. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal IT queries, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our people supported.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to IT Helpdesk queries and managing the ticket queue
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Building and provisioning new devices
- Performing daily system checks and managing backups
- Supporting network maintenance and upgrades
- Delivering IT inductions for new starters
- Assisting the IT Manager with project work

- An individual with a keen interest in IT and a desire to learn
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to study and attend college as part of your apprenticeship
- Basic understanding of networking (desirable)
