  • Community - Building strong relationships, supporting one another, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Expert - Commitment to curiosity and excellence, constantly pushing boundaries, sharing knowledge and delivering value.

The Role: We are looking for an individual with proven experience delivering hands-on system integrations across multiple platforms to own and deliver how Kubus’ systems connect end-to-end, including designing, building and governing integrations across CRM, ERP, ITSM and data platforms to enable the business to scale safely through transformation and M&A.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Leadership (Integration & Architecture Ownership)
    • Own the integration approach and target integration architecture across core platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, ITSM, data/reporting).
    • Hands-on design and build/configuration of integrations (API, middleware/iPaaS, ETL/ELT where appropriate), including monitoring, logging, error handling and resilience.
    • Define system-of-record decisions, master data flows, integration standards, and documentation (interfaces, data mappings, runbooks).
  • M&A Integration & Entity Consolidation (Critical)
    • Lead end-to-end technology integration for acquisitions with PMO support: discovery, integration plan, migration approach, cutover, hypercare and decommissioning legacy systems where relevant.
    • Own entity consolidation from a systems perspective: rationalise platforms, consolidate records (customers/suppliers/products/services), align data definitions and support group reporting consistency.
    • Create and maintain a repeatable M&A systems integration playbook to enable rapid, safe integrations at pace.
  • Programme Delivery & Governance (PMO-Aligned)
    • Own delivery of integration workstreams (including M&A systems integrations): scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, budget inputs and quality.
    • Maintain RAID items for integration work and provide clear reporting updates through PMO cadence and SteerCo inputs where required.
    • Coordinate cross-functional SMEs and third parties to deliver outcomes with minimal disruption and strong control.
    • Manage third-party integration partners or platform vendors where required; define deliverables, assure quality and drive timely delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery & Communications
    • Partner with Programme Managers to ensure redesigned processes are supported end-to-end across systems (reducing manual work, reconciliation and rework).
    • Work closely with the Lead Developer and Data Lead to align integration build, data quality controls, KPI definitions and “single source of truth” outcomes.
    • Own stakeholder communications for integration releases and cutovers (what’s changing, when, impacts, training notes, support readiness and hypercare).
  • Risk, Control & Continuous Improvement
    • Reduce operational risk by improving integration reliability, standardising interfaces, removing brittle workarounds and documenting dependencies.
    • Ensure security and compliance are built into integration design (access, auditability, data protection).
    • Drive continuous improvement and technical debt reduction across the integration estate (performance, stability, supportability).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Capability
    • Proven experience delivering hands-on system integrations across multiple platforms (CRM/ERP/ITSM/data), including cutovers and hypercare.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how system integration impacts customer lifecycle, service delivery and financial control.
    • Experience leading (or owning major workstreams in) M&A technology integrations and/or system consolidation programmes (desirable).
  • Technical Skills (Essential)
    • Integration patterns and delivery: APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication, data mapping, monitoring/alerting, reconciliation.
    • Hands-on experience with middleware/iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent) and/or ETL/ELT pipelines.
    • Practical data competence: SQL and the ability to validate outcomes across systems.
  • Technical Skills (Desirable)
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite data structures/integration approaches.
    • Understanding of ITSM tools and service management process impacts.
    • Exposure to Azure SQL / cloud data concepts supporting reporting foundations.
  • Soft Skills/Attributes
    • Excellent communicator able to explain technical changes in plain English and manage stakeholder expectations.
    • Highly structured, delivery-focused, calm under pressure—comfortable running cutovers and coordinating incident resolution.
    • Collaborative leader who can align PMs, SMEs, developers, data and third parties to deliver outcomes.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive salary & bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare & healthcare cash plan
  • Pension contributions above minimum requirement (matched up to 7%)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays upon starting, increasing by a day each year to a maximum of 30 days
  • Salary sacrifice electric vehicle scheme
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Technology scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Reward & recognition portal – including discounts/cashback at hundreds of retailers
