The Role:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in content production across a number of channels to join our Marketing team! This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation and will be working closely with departments across the business to deliver our brand story.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute on the marketing and content strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.
- Develop and execute a social content strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and publish the creation of blogs, webpages, whitepapers, customer stories, emails, videos, infographics, podcasts, and more aligned with brand voice.
- Lead SEO-driven content initiatives to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
- Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content assets.
- Work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to create messaging, content and support the build of campaigns.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in tone and style, and optimised for various platforms.
- Monitor engagement; respond to comments, messages, and build community interaction.
- Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimise future content.
- Monitor website and content performance, identifying top-performing content and optimisation opportunities.
- Stay updated on social trends and algorithm changes to enhance content reach.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging content formats, and new technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of video and/or podcast content production.
- Basic design or multimedia editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
- Understanding of LinkedIn analytics and audience behaviour.
- Experience using GA4 to track content performance, analyse traffic trends, and support data-led decision making.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress is required or similar platforms.
