Kubu makes smart sensors that fit into windows and doors and let people know their home is secure - the alert before the alarm. We’re well established with trade manufacturers across the UK, and now we’re scaling our Kubu direct to consumer team. It’s an exciting moment, and we’re looking for someone to help drive it.
We want a Marketing & Growth Lead to come and help steer our day-to-day marketing - a hands‑on role, right in the thick of it.
You’d keep the channels moving day to day, with real campaigns, real budget, and good people around you.
What you’d be doing
- Driving our consumer & trade marketing day to day.
- Running real campaigns end to end - planning, launching, measuring and improving.
- Working hand in hand with our content and design team to get great work out the door.
- Turning customer stories and real installs into marketing that brings in more.
- Keeping an eye on what’s working and doing more of it.
Who we’re looking for
- A hands‑on performance / growth marketer who’s run paid social and influencer campaigns.
- A doer who owns - picks things up and drives them and doesn’t wait to be told.
- A team player happy to roll their sleeves up.
- Comfortable with numbers and making decisions from them.
