We're looking for a highly organised Marketing & Client Coordinator to be the person who keeps everything moving.

You are the coordination hub of our marketing - the one who organises the work, follows up, chases deadlines and makes things happen across two brands: Kubu, our up-and-coming smart-tech brand, and Avantech, our established manufacturing operation with a growing web and lead-generation platform.

You won't run the channels or own the website - we have specialists for that (our social media manager, designers and tech team).

Your job is to coordinate them: keep the plan on track, brief and follow up, capture actions from meetings, keep the marketing board up to date, and make sure nothing slips.

You're the organised centre that everyone and everything runs through, reporting directly to our Head of Marketing & Technology.

This is not an entry-level role.

It's a proper coordinator role for a proven organiser with real experience of keeping a busy marketing function on track - someone who can hit the ground running.

You will be based at our head office on the edge of Cannock Chase between Stafford and Lichfield, working 08:30-17:00, Monday-Friday.

--------

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coordinate the work

  • Keep everything moving - Brief the social media manager, designers, freelancers and tech team; follow up, chase artwork, posts and updates, and make sure activity lands on time and joined up across both brands.
  • Keep the plan on track - Maintain a clear, joined-up view of what's happening when, so marketing is proactive and organised, never last-minute.
  • Run meetings & actions
  • Coordinate the meetings - set up and coordinate marketing meetings, capture actions and decisions, and keep everyone clear on who's doing what, by when.
  • Own the follow-up - turn conversations into tracked actions and make sure they actually get done.
  • Keep the marketing board current
  • Own the board - keep the marketing board (Monday. com) and action lists fully up to date - tasks, owners, deadlines and status - so nothing gets lost.
  • Chase deadlines - track progress against the plan and chase people (diplomatically) to keep everything on schedule.
  • Support content creation
  • Help organise content creation - pull together content and assets from our internal team and external suppliers to support campaigns, and keep the content pipeline organised and flowing to the right people.
  • Support Clients
  • Be the organised point of contact - support clients through their projects, keep them informed, and coordinate samples, requests and approvals.
  • Keep client work on track - track client timelines and chase internal teams so nothing slips, and keep client documents and approvals in order.
  • Organise the team
  • Keep the team aligned - help coordinate the marketing team's tasks, keep everyone pointing the same way, and be the dependable link between marketing, sales, tech and the wider team.
  • Spot and unblock - flag issues early, unblock them, and keep momentum without being asked twice.
  • --------

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years in a marketing coordination, project coordination or similar hands-on role - a proven organiser, not a first role.
  • A natural coordinator who thrives on juggling multiple workstreams and keeping people, tasks and deadlines on track.
  • Confident chasing and following up - diplomatic but relentless about getting things done.
  • Experience coordinating creative, social and campaign activity, working with specialists and agencies (rather than doing every channel yourself).
  • Comfortable running meetings, capturing actions and keeping project boards / trackers up to date (Monday. com, Asana, Trello or similar).
  • Clear, warm communicator, equally at ease with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Comfortable across both consumer (Kubu) and trade/industrial (Avantech) audiences.
  • --------

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in a manufacturing, product or B2B environment.
  • Basic content or design confidence (Canva, Adobe).
  • Ability to create and organise content calendars to support campaigns.
  • Interest in smart home, security or Io T.
  • --------
  • WHAT YOU'LL GET
  • Salary of £30-35k (DOE)
  • All the usual holiday
  • Pension
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast moving and growing business
