Since 2017, we’ve built a market-leading reputation for creating enduring solutions and exceptional teams across data, AI, and cloud.

Applied Technology is Kubrick’s innovation engine. This is where data, AI, automation, and product thinking come together to deliver real business impact. We move clients beyond experimentation into scalable execution, building advanced solutions such as digital twins, agentic GenAI, optimisation engines, and decision intelligence platforms. We work closely with our consultants and technology partners to co-create solutions that scale and embed into client strategy.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Twins & Simulation to lead and grow Kubrick’s emerging capability in simulation‑based systems and digital twins. You’ll be the technical and thought leader in this space, shaping strategy, building internal IP, and helping establish Kubrick as a trusted partner for simulation and digital twin solutions. Working closely with the Applied Data Intelligence Lead, you’ll incubate this specialism with the ambition of growing it into a standalone Capability. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining technical depth, client impact, innovation, and people development.

What you’ll do

  • Technical & Thought Leadership: Act as Kubrick’s authority on digital twin and simulation design, development, and deployment. Define best practices for scalable, secure, ethical, and cost‑effective simulation architectures. Lead technical reviews and ensure solutions meet enterprise and industry standards. Guide integration with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Client & Commercial Impact: Translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders. Support pre‑sales through solution design, proposals, and client workshops. Represent Kubrick externally through events, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in simulation, digital twins, and AI orchestration. Drive experimentation in agent‑based modelling, simulation environments, and emergent behaviour. Evaluate and prototype new tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  • People & Capability Building: Mentor consultants across Applied and Core Practices. Partner with Training to build learning pathways in simulation and digital twins. Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Governance & Risk: Help define standards with our Data & AI Governance team. Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and security requirements. Contribute to responsible AI and autonomous systems frameworks.

Essential

  • Strong experience designing and delivering simulation or digital twin systems in production.
  • Deep understanding of simulation technologies, agent‑based modelling, and systems thinking.
  • Experience leading technical teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Python; experience with cloud‑based architectures.

Nice to have

  • Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as AnyLogic, Simulink, Unity, or custom environments.
  • Exposure to AI‑driven business solutions (e.g. Copilot Agents).
  • Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline.
