  • Proven experience in designing and developing agentic systems for production environments, including autonomous agents, multi‑agent coordination, and decision‑making frameworks.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle & best practices.
  • Familiarity with agentic platforms and frameworks (Foundry, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration stacks).
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to architect complex, distributed systems that integrate AI components with enterprise data platforms and APIs, ensuring compliance with scalability, reliability, security, cost and ethical AI design considerations.
  • Ability to code in Python and (Desirable) utilise Infrastructure as Code to deploy cloud‑based infrastructure.
  • (Desirable) Proven experience developing and deploying MS Copilot Agents as part of the delivery of business‑facing solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience providing technical leadership for engineering teams on AI‑oriented projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and influence decision‑making at senior levels.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, ethical, accuracy and security considerations for developing autonomous agentic systems.
  • (Desirable): Degree, Masters or Doctorate in Software Engineering, Computer Science or ML/AI related subject.

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you’re excited about the role and believe you have the potential to succeed, we’d still love to hear from you.
