Kubrick is hiring a Payroll Manager to own payroll operations for the UK and US.

You will manage outsourced provider relationships, ensure accurate and timely pay, and act as the main contact for employees and auditors on payroll matters.

You'll oversee UK PAYE/NIC, P11D and PSA obligations while coordinating US payroll compliance through a PEO or providers.

The role supports audits, cost analysis, and process improvements across jurisdictions.
