This role is central to our mission, and you’ll play a key part in the success of Kubrick and drive the global client strategy going forward.
About Kubrick: Kubrick is a data and AI consultancy that specialises in helping organisations unlock the full value of their data. You’ll be part of a high-impact team working with a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and US, with expansion into new regions underway. We partner with leading technology providers including AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks and Collibra to deliver impactful, real-world solutions.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll contribute to initiatives that drive business growth and support how we bring our offering to market, gaining exposure to a range of clients, industries, and commercial challenges. With early responsibility, visibility from leadership, and a collaborative and inclusive team around you, you’ll build your commercial skillset, be recognised for the impact you deliver, and progress quickly.
The opportunity: The Account Manager is responsible for delivering revenue growth across both Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) and Kubrick’s repeatable consulting Solutions. You will win new clients, grow existing accounts, and position Kubrick as a long-term partner for Data, AI and Technology capability. With a personal new-business target, you will win business in talent programmes and in solutions, focusing on delivering ROI to our customers.
- Deliver annual new-business target through a balanced mix of HTD and Solutions engagements.
- Build and convert a healthy pipeline across multiple accounts, creating both near-term HTD wins and longer-cycle Solutions deals.
- Lead commercial conversations, shape pricing models, and close opportunities across both offerings.
- Develop strategic account plans that unlock multi-year potential, including demand for squads, pods and Solutions projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CTO, Heads of Data/Analytics).
- Deepen client relationships to increase account breadth, recurring demand, and Kubrick’s commercial footprint.
- Understand client capability challenges and position the right Kubrick solution at the right time (HTD or Solutions).
- Partner with Solutions Leads and Delivery teams to shape proposals, timelines, value stories and statements of work.
- Spot patterns in client demand and feed market intelligence back into proposition development.
- Work with SDRs and Marketing on targeted campaigns and events to create demand and improve conversion.
- Partner closely with Delivery to enable smooth mobilisation and outstanding client experience.
- Be an ambassador for Sales excellence, coaching others on hybrid value stories and client messaging.
- Maintain excellent CRM discipline, forecasting accurately and managing pipeline velocity.
- Follow sales governance, including qualification, approvals, contracting and delivery handover.
- Represent Kubrick at pitches, client meetings and industry touchpoints.
We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you’re excited about the role and believe you have the potential to succeed, we’d still love to hear from you.
Benefits: Competitive Salary of £65,000 - £90,000 plus commission. Hybrid, friendly and collaborative working environment.
