The Role: Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Kubrick is expanding its UK office and is seeking an Account Manager to own key clients and verticals, driving business growth and delivering global client strategy. This is a high-impact role where your success directly influences Kubrick’s growth. With uncapped earnings, the opportunities to increase your income are substantial. We want commercially minded relationship-builders with experience winning and growing accounts in complex, fast-paced environments.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in B2B sales and winning new business
  • Track record of growing client accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Knowledge of technology, consulting, or talent services
  • Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and data-driven
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with clients in data, AI, digital, or technology transformation
  • Knowledge of private sector industries such as Retail, Media, Transport, Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Pharma
  • Understanding of delivery models including consulting, SOW, and managed services
