You will work closely with our wider technical delivery function, our sales team, and our partner management team with a particular focus on growing our relationship with Snowflake.Responsibilities Lead the establishment of Kubrick\βs Snowflake Centre of Excellence, collaborating with Capability Leads to ensure the organisation maintains the expertise and experience needed across all core disciplines to deliver high-quality Snowflake solutions efficientlyTake ownership of developing Snowflake-focused intellectual property, including best practices, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and reference architecturesStrengthen our Snowflake partnership by leveraging technical credibility to build trusted relationships with architecture and engineering stakeholders at SnowflakeProvide technical assurance on delivery projects, ensuring that all solutions adhere to established Snowflake implementation best practicesContribute to pre-sales activities by shaping proposals, supporting client workshops and meetings, publishing thought leadership content, and participating in industry eventsAct as a technical advisor to clients, helping to define data strategies and solution blueprints that fully utilise Snowflake\βs capabilitiesInvestigate opportunities to leverage Snowflake\βs app development features (e.g., Snowpark, Native Apps) and integrations (e.g., Streamlit) to create new business offerings and co-developed IPPartner with colleagues across our Core and Applied Practices to design and bring to market repeatable Snowflake-based solutionsSkills & Experience Extensive experience designing and delivering Snowflake solutions, including Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Data Sharing, Native Apps, Snowpark, Data Clean Rooms, and CortexProven expertise in optimising Snowflake performance and cost efficiency, with SnowPro Core and Advanced certificationsSkilled in software engineering practices with experience in Python, alongside leading data teams in consulting and enterprise environmentsStrong track record in training and enabling colleagues and clients across the Snowflake ecosystemExperience in design and delivering business solutions on other modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Azure, AWS or GCP native stacks)Experience with platform observability and CI/CD for data platformsHands-on experience with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Matillion or AirflowHistory of supporting pre-sales activities in a product or consultancy-based businessWhat Kubrick offers A fast moving and fast growth business which is doing something seriously innovative and valuable.
