  • Provide hands-on mentorship, line management, and technical guidance to delivery teams
  • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical outcomes
  • Contribute to Kubrick’s internal innovation culture and shape our future delivery capabilities

Personal Specification:

  • Must be able to demonstrate significant experience deploying cloud-native solutions across at least two of: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, and modern DevOps practices (IaC, CI/CD)
  • Strong solution architecture skills, with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to business stakeholders
  • Experience in technical leadership and/or line management
  • Exposure to data mesh architectures (bonus!)
  • A passion for building better platforms – and better teams!
