We combine product thinking, reusable assets, and deep technical expertise to help organisations move beyond experimentation into scalable execution. Our teams design and deliver advanced solutions – from digital twins and agentic GenAI to optimisation engines and decision intelligence – ensuring measurable value and faster time‑to‑impact. We work hand‑in‑hand with Kubrick consultants and our technology partners to co‑create solutions that solve real problems, scale effectively, and embed into client strategy.
The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead and grow Kubrick’s capability in simulation‑based systems and digital twins. You’ll be the technical and thought leader, shaping strategy, building internal IP, and helping establish Kubrick as a trusted partner. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining technical depth, client impact, innovation, and people development.
- Experience delivering production‑grade simulation or digital twin systems
- Strong knowledge of simulation technologies, agent‑based modelling & systems thinking
- Proven leadership of technical teams & engagement with senior stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Tools like AnyLogic, Simulink, Unity, or custom simulation engines
- Exposure to AI‑driven business solutions (e.g., Copilot Agents)
- Advanced technical degree
What You’ll Do:
- Define scalable, secure, ethical, and cost‑effective architectures
- Guide integration with cloud, APIs, and enterprise data platforms
- Translate complex technical ideas into actionable insights
- Represent Kubrick at events, webinars, and in thought leadership
- Stay ahead of simulation, digital twin, and AI orchestration trends
- Experiment with agent‑based modelling and emergent behaviour
- Evaluate and prototype new tools, frameworks, and platforms
- Mentor consultants across practices
- Build learning pathways for simulation & digital twin expertise
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
- Define standards with Data & AI Governance
- Ensure ethical, regulatory, and secure design
- Contribute to responsible AI frameworks
