We’re looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with a deep understanding of how to win and grow accounts in complex, fast-moving environments. We are looking for: Strong experience of winning new business in a B2B sales role Strong track record of growing client accounts and exceeding revenue targets Knowledge of technology, consulting, or talent services Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with data-led decision making Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations Desirable: Experience working with clients in data, AI, digital, or technology transformation domains Experience of a given private sector industry such as Retail, Media, Transport, Energy & Commodities, Manufacturing, FMCG or Pharma Understanding of delivery models including consulting, SOW, and managed services What Kubrick offers: A fast moving and fast growth business which is doing something seriously innovative and valuable.
