You\’ll be a technical authority on Snowflake, leading the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-based data platforms while mentoring teams and partnering closely with clients. This is a role for someone who loves solving complex data problems, setting technical direction, and helping others grow.You\’ll work hands-on with technologies such as Snowflake, Python, SQL, Spark, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), while also playing a pivotal role in shaping Kubrick Advanced Snowflake capability and culture.What You\’ll Be Doing Lead high-quality technical delivery across client engagements, ensuring Kubrick is known for engineering excellenceDesign and deliver scalable Snowflake-based data solutions alongside clients and Snowflake Professional ServicesTranslate business requirements into robust, cloud-native data architecturesProvide technical leadership within delivery squads, setting best practices across the full project lifecycleBuild trusted client relationships and contribute to Kubrick\’s commercial successLine manage and mentor engineers, supporting both technical and personal developmentChampion continuous learning through collaboration, innovation, and Kubrick-funded certificationsDeep Snowflake Expertise Strong experience with Snowflake including Snowpipe, Snowpark, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and UDFsSnowPro certifications are highly desirableStrong Engineering Foundations Advanced Python and SQL skills, with clean, well-documented codeExperience designing and optimising ETL/ELT pipelines and data modelsHands-on experience with cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Familiarity with services such as S3, ADLS, ADF, Synapse, Fabric, RedshiftProven experience leading delivery teams and mentoring engineersComfortable working cross-functionally with data scientists, BI teams, and product ownersClient-Facing Confidence Ability to engage directly with clients, shape solutions, and deliver against expectationsProblem-Solving Mindset Strong analytical skills with a passion for performance optimisation and data qualityA culture that genuinely invests in learning, certification, and career progressionExposure to Snowflake, cloud, and modern data stacks at scaleA supportive, ambitious team where your voice and expertise matterDiversity Statement At Kubrick, we not only strive to bridge the skills-gap in data and next-generation technology, but we are also committed to playing a key role in improving diversity in the tech industry.
