We’re looking for Databricks Engineers to join our team and deliver scalable cloud-native data platforms for enterprise clients while helping strengthen Kubrick’s growing Databricks capability. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll combine deep engineering expertise with client collaboration, delivery leadership, and mentorship across delivery teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Design, build and optimise cloud-native data platforms using Databricks, Spark and Delta Lake
- Lead technical delivery across client engagements, often alongside Databricks Professional Services
- Build and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL and CI/CD best practices
- Translate business problems into robust, production-grade data solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across delivery squads
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence
- Support the continued growth of Kubrick’s Databricks capability across clients and industries
