As our Associate Director – Data and AI Product Management – Programme Manager you will lead delivery of complex, multi-year change and technology programmes spanning data, digital, and AI-enabled transformation. You will provide senior delivery leadership across the full lifecycle, ensuring programmes are shaped, mobilised, and executed to achieve defined business outcomes, commercial value, and strategic alignment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Internally, you will work with Capability Leads to ensure delivery consistency, reusable playbooks, and robust programme controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Strategy & Ownership
- Sponsor programme strategy and roadmap development to deliver agreed business and customer outcomes across data-driven and technology-enabled transformation.
- Define and steward programme delivery frameworks, governance structures, and product‑led delivery playbooks tailored to diverse delivery approaches.
- Translate strategic objectives into phased delivery plans, MVP increments, and outcome‑based milestones, ensuring programmes embed non‑functional requirements, cost control, and clear KPIs.
- Shape product backlogs and priorities across multiple product domains, aligning to business value, dependencies, commercial commitments, and partner capability.
- Work with Sector and Account Leads to support presales activity, client shaping sessions, and programme qualification, bridging commercial ambition with delivery feasibility and risk appetite.
- Collaborate with strategic alliances to design and scale joint programme offerings, enhancing delivery capability and market presence.

- Technical Leadership

- Safeguard delivery quality through programme controls: outcome measurement, risk and dependency management, resource planning, communications, and change control.
- Champion agile and product‑led delivery, embedding practices such as incremental delivery, human‑centred design, value‑based prioritisation, and release planning.
- Define and uphold delivery standards across product, engineering, and platform teams, ensuring alignment with internal and industry best practice.
- Work with architecture and engineering leads to ensure programme decisions support scale, resilience, sustainability, and cost‑effectiveness.

- Lead technical presales and solution shaping, from discovery and client workshops to PoCs, MVPs, and Statements of Work, ensuring each proposal is both commercially compelling and technically sound.
- Partner with Sales, Account Directors, and Sector Leads to qualify opportunities, define pursuit strategies, and position Kubrick’s technical differentiators in client engagements and bids.
- Represent Kubrick externally through thought leadership, including whitepapers, technical showcases, conference talks, and client demonstrations.
- Strengthen and expand strategic alliances with partners such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft/Azure, and AWS, driving co‑sell motions, joint offerings, and technical collaboration.
- Commercial Leadership & Growth
- Own and grow a multi‑million‑pound portfolio of client and solution‑based revenue, ensuring profitability and sustainable margin growth.
