  • What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based data and ML platforms
  • Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and Databricks Professional Services teams
  • Provide technical leadership across delivery squads, helping set the standard for engineering excellence
  • Translate business challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions
  • Mentor, line‑manage and develop engineers across the wider capability
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence
  • Support the continued growth of Kubrick’s Databricks capability across clients and industries

  • Strong experience delivering solutions on Databricks
  • Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Advanced Python and SQL skills
  • Experience leading technical delivery teams within enterprise environments
  • The ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practice
