The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Manager Databricks Engineer to join our growing Databricks community and play a key role in delivering high-quality data and ML solutions for our clients.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based data and ML platforms
  • Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and Databricks Professional Services
  • Provide technical leadership across delivery squads, setting the standard for engineering excellence
  • Translate business challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions
  • Mentor, line-manage, and develop talented engineers within Kubrick Advanced

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance deep technical expertise with client engagement and team development.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience designing and delivering solutions on Databricks
  • Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Advanced Python and SQL
  • The ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers
