Salary breakdown:

• Training salary = $50,000*
• Bench (post‑training, prior to first client engagement) = $50,000*
• 0-6 months = $58,000 – $66,000*
• 6-12 months = $62,000 – $73,000*
• 12-18 months = $69,000 – $77,000*
• 18-24 months = $73,000 – $82,000*
• Experienced Consultant = $85,000-$100,000+*

*Depending on your home location, you may be entitled to a salary uplift due to cost of living. Increases are also awarded in line with performance.
