The Role:
Are you looking to build a career in Finance while working with some of the world's biggest brands? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team and take charge of our invoicing and cash allocation processes. You’ll be supporting an impressive client base made up of leading blue-chip organisations, making a real impact from day one. This role is perfect for someone early in their finance journey, who’s looking for hands-on experience, plenty of autonomy and room to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the monthly invoicing process using Salesforce
- Allocating payments and keeping client ledgers up to date
- Driving credit control and ensuring timely payments
- Uploading invoices to client portals
- Creating and maintaining customer account records
- Supporting weekly cash flow forecasts
- Managing the AR inbox, assigning tasks, and handling queries
- Collaborating directly with client finance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Supporting with general finance admin as needed
Personal Specification:
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in a Finance role
- Or, you’re a recent graduate with some commercial experience and lots of enthusiasm
- You’re comfortable with Excel and enjoy working with data
- Highly organised, proactive and confident working independently
- Bonus: experience with timesheet-to-invoice processes
