We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Dealer Manager to drive the performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the dealer aftersales network. This role ensures excellence across service, parts, and customer experience while aligning dealer operations with brand standards, commercial targets, and operational best practices, while building on long term relationships with our dealer partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned dealers across all Tractor, Groundcare and Construction divisions, to achieve aftersales KPIs.
- Support and develop dealer service managers, parts managers, and field service teams to drive and promote growth in parts, labour sales and profitability.
- Support dealers in improving workshop efficiency, field service response, first time fix and technician productivity.
- Work with the dealer network parts teams to effectively manage the parts processes including backorders, order analysis, price comparisons, stock turn and aged inventory, with an end goal to drive profitability and to maximise uptime.
- Feedback pricing strategies to ensure that the product market share’s, sales and profit contribution plans are not threatened.
- Promote preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and fleet solutions.
- Support dealers in parts sales campaigns and seasonal demand planning.
- Work with the dealers to identify training needs to ensure that all relevant staff are fully trained on the Kubota product line, in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience to the end user whilst also meeting the standards expected by Kubota.
- Support the dealers’ relationships with key accounts, fleet owners, contractors, and customers.
- Support where required with the escalation of technical and commercial issues.
- Support the dealers to retain customers through up-time-focused service solutions, proactive communication and visits, to include reviewing customer feedback and satisfaction survey results.
- Attend both manufacturer trade shows and local dealer shows and events to actively promote the brand, and engage with the existing/potential customer base.
- Conduct dealer aftersales audits to maintain brand reputation, customer experience by promoting consistent standards throughout the network.
- Plan, implement and lead regular reviews and meetings to dealer principles and key business department managers, including aftersales target settings, business action plans and quarterly reviews, to drive overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards.
