Key responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and speciality beverages.
Operate espresso machines and other beverage-making equipment with care and consistency.
Deliver warm, friendly customer service by taking orders accurately, answering queries, offering menu recommendations, and handling complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Support kitchen duties, including preparing ingredients, assembling food items, and replenishing stock.
Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide smooth and efficient service during peak and quiet periods

What we\’re looking for:

Previous barista experience is preferred, but experience in food, beverage, or hospitality is essential.
Enthusiastic and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills for customers and team members
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and consistent company standards
Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks to support smooth café operations
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
