Bringing Kubix to life. We\’re on the hunt for an ambitious Influencer Manager who knows how to make the right connections to join our growing team and help scaling brands reach new heights. As an Influencer Manager at Kubix, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and the voices that inspire their audiences. You’ll be sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships that slot seamlessly into wider marketing activity.
This isn’t just about sending DMs and tracking posts. It’s about strategy, relationships, and storytelling. You’ll know which creators align with a brand, how to build lasting partnerships, and how to turn influence into impact. You’ll be hands-on, collaborative, and client-facing, working closely with our account managers and creative teams to weave influencer activity into campaigns that matter.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, sourcing, and onboarding influencers that fit our clients’ brands and goals.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators (or agencies).
- Managing influencer contracts, comms, and deliverables.
- Aligning influencer campaigns with broader marketing activity (ads, email, social).
- Reporting on performance and uncovering insights to improve future campaigns.
- Supporting clients with influencer strategy, guidance, and execution.

Skills / Qualities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or creator management – agency preferred, but in-house welcome.
- Demonstrable experience running influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and current trends.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident with contracts, deliverables, and campaign reporting.
- Awareness of broader marketing principles and how influencer work feeds into them.
Bonus Points
- Experience in eCommerce or retail marketing.
- Experience using Shopify or working in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Figma.
