The focus of this exciting and challenging opportunity is to manage the provisioning and delivery of customer orders and confidently provide excellent customer service.
Location and Working Model: Must be resident in the UK as this role is based in Glasgow, Scotland. We operate a hybrid model of 3 days per week.
The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Provisioning Project Coordinator to join our KubeNet Business Support and Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving, and working across multiple stakeholders to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on time. You’ll play a key role in supporting customer outcomes, gaining exposure to provisioning processes, and developing your skills within a growing MSP environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the end‑to‑end provisioning process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Manage and place orders via Halo CRM using standard processes and systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, raise tickets with internal technical teams where required.
- Monitor emails and internal systems to manage order workflows effectively.
- Act as a key point of contact between business support teams, project managers, customers, suppliers, resellers, and technical teams.
- Handle incoming calls and written correspondence from customers and partners.
- Prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning‑related issues.
- Ensure all relevant customer documentation is received and stored correctly within internal systems.
- Produce weekly reports on order status for account managers and reseller partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, ideally from a coordination, provisioning, or service‑delivery role within a technical or service‑led environment.
- Attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are key.
- Excellent communication skills are essential – confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including customers, suppliers, and both technical and non‑technical teams.
- Ability to work at pace while managing competing priorities, maintain a structured and logical approach to tasks, and be a collaborative team player who enjoys problem‑solving and takes a methodical, project‑oriented approach.

- Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), ISP, or telecoms environment.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems such as Halo.
