We are looking for a motivated Account Manager working as part of our Business Support team. The 1st point of contact for our clients, resellers & prospects, you will deliver top-quality account management whilst proactively consulting on our clients' and prospects ongoing requirements. A people person, with the ability to build rapport both over the phone & face-to-face with the ability to develop long-term relationships with decision makers. You will present a polished, professional image that reassures our clients, resellers & prospects that they're in good hands when it comes to their Technology & Telecom requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing accounts & identify opportunities to sell to new clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and re-sellers
  • Cross-sell and up-sell all KubeNet products and services to your existing customers
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the renewal process and the retention of clients
  • Communicate to clients clearly and address any concerns
  • Proactively manage churn risk for core KubeNet products
  • Work collaboratively across departments to deliver products and services exceeding client expectations

Experience and Understanding

  • A telecom or ICT background/experience would be advantageous
  • MS Teams & Unified Communications knowledge would be advantageous
  • Relevant experience in selling and delivering against a multi-channel strategy
  • Professional approach to team and client relationships
  • Track record of delivering against sales, profit, and revenue targets

The Person

  • Background in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and interact confidently with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Natural flair for delivering high levels of Customer Service
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • Team player – understand the importance of collaborative working
  • Excellent IT skills and confident using Business Management systems
  • Experience of Salesforce (an advantage)
  • Driving Licence

  • Operating working hours between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday-Friday

  • Following successful probationary period of 6 months, access to private healthcare, death in service and increased pension company contribution of 5%

  • Financial Contribution to your agreed training path with 2 days exam leave pa
  • Training will be provided on the systems we use and any future requirements
