About the Role
We\’re looking for remote, commission-based Sales Agents across Europe to help us bring WeatherXM’s unique weather data services to market.
You’ll introduce our hyperlocal weather data to businesses, agritech companies, researchers, environmental agencies, and more. This is an ideal role for someone with sales experience looking for a flexible, remote side opportunity with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Promote and sell WeatherXM’s weather services.
- Research and contact potential customers in your region.
- Educate clients on our value proposition and close deals.
- Track sales activity using a simple CRM tool.
- Work independently, while receiving training and guidance from our team.
- You have experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or field marketing.
- You\’re comfortable reaching out to leads, pitching, and closing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
- Based in any European country (Western or Eastern Europe).
- Comfortable working remotely and part-time in a commission-only structure.
