About the Opportunity
As our Operations Lead in Manchester/Liverpool, you’ll play a key role in ensuring World’s operations run reliably and efficiently on the ground in one of our important UK markets. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of Orb locations, supporting Operators, and ensuring every site is fully operational, compliant, and delivering a high-quality user experience. - Use data and field insights to monitor performance, identify issues, and prioritise improvements.
- Identify operational risks (e.g. downtime, setup issues, compliance gaps) and proactively implement solutions.
- Deliver in-person and remote Operator training to ensure consistent execution and reduce dependency on reactive support.
- Act as the on-the-ground point of coordination between central teams and local execution, ensuring priorities are delivered reliably.

- Comfortable in hands-on, on-the-ground environments, solving problems and troubleshooting issues in real time.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong focus on operational quality, safety, and compliance.
- Resourceful and adaptable, able to operate independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
