Our infrastructure makes stablecoins usable in the real-world by powering card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, remittances, and more. We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to help them launch solutions that are global, inclusive, and efficient. You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company that is funded by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS.
Our Ethos: We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Role: Rain is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Analyst (BDA) to help power one of Rain’s most important growth engines: our inbound pipeline. In this role, you will be on the front lines of converting high-intent leads into closed deals and directly driving revenue impact from day one. This position is ideal for someone early in their business development career who is excited to work at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market execution, and business growth.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring inbound opportunities are routed, qualified, and advanced through each stage of our sales process. To succeed, you will develop a deep understanding of Rain’s product suite, communicate our value proposition clearly to prospective partners, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help move deals from first touch through close.
Importantly, this role offers a clear path for growth within Rain’s business development organization. As you ramp and demonstrate strong execution, you will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities over time. This may include owning larger deal cycles, contributing to outbound strategy, and supporting strategic partner-facing initiatives as the team scales.
What you’ll do: As a core member of Rain’s BD team, you will help oversee inbound pipeline and support deals from first touch through close by:
- Conducting research on inbound accounts to assess fit, urgency, and potential value
- Qualifying inbound leads to identify high-priority opportunities
- Communicating Rain’s product and value proposition to prospects, adapting messaging to different audiences
- Identifying opportunities to engage internal teams to deepen collaboration with potential partners
- Owning deal follow-up and helping move opportunities through the funnel from discovery to close
- Supporting deal execution and coordinating handoff to the platform team to ensure successful implementation
- Tracking activity and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM tools
- Identifying trends in inbound demand and sharing insights with the broader GTM team
- Contributing to process improvements that help scale Rain’s inbound motion and improve conversion efficiency
- Attending industry conferences to expand your network and build meaningful ecosystem connections
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a related customer-facing role
- High degree of ownership, ambition, and bias toward action
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-uncertainty environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess lead quality and prioritize tasks effectively
- Interest in owning deals end-to-end and developing closing skills over time
- Team-oriented and excited to support broader pipeline and revenue goals
Nice to Have:
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
- Experience in early-stage or fast-paced company environments
