KubeNet, a growing MSP/ISP based in Glasgow, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our technical teams. You’ll provide proactive IT support across multiple customers, diagnose incidents, and own tickets from initial contact to resolution, while keeping clients updated and aligned with SLAs.
We value at least 2 years in an MSP, strong troubleshooting, and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
