Key Responsibilities- Managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Maintaining accurate employee and candidate records.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and candidates.
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Assisting management with business development and operational tasks.
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally at all times.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
