You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met across all guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure meticulous cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage housekeeping schedules, assignments, and daily task distribution to optimize efficiency and productivity.
