What you’ll be doing:
- Hunting down top contract recruiters across the UK
- Mapping the market and spotting future partners before anyone else
- Starting meaningful conversations by phone, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face
- Building relationships that convert, now or later
- Pitching the KTS model with clarity, honesty, and confidence
- Assessing commercial mindset, grit, and franchise fit
- Helping partners define their niche using our Triple-Lock approach
- Guiding them from first chat to signed to launched
- Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in recruitment, talent, or rec sales, agency or internal
- Strong outbound energy, you’re not afraid to make things happen
- Confident communicator who can open real career conversations
- Skilled on LinkedIn and market mapping
