KTS Ventures is growing. We are looking for a commercially sharp Head of New Partnerships to help us attract, assess, onboard and support the next generation of KTS Ventures franchise recruiters.
This is not a standard internal recruitment role. It is a blend of recruitment, business development, market mapping, partnership sales, onboarding and early franchisee success.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively find experienced contract recruiters across the UK.
- Map the recruitment market and identify strong potential franchise partners.
- Track recruiters who are open to work, considering a move or showing signs they may want a different career path.
- Build long-term relationships with recruiters who may not be ready today but could be ready soon.
- Open conversations by phone, LinkedIn, email and face to face.
- Sell the KTS Ventures model clearly, honestly and professionally.
- Screen prospects for commercial ability, recruitment experience, resilience and franchise fit.
- Help prospective partners shape a focused niche using the KTS Triple-Lock approach.
- Prepare high-quality handovers to the CEO, Board and leadership team.
- Support new franchisees through contract signing, onboarding and their first few months on the KTS platform.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recruitment, agency recruitment, internal recruitment, rec2rec, talent acquisition or recruitment sales experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong new business confidence and a real appetite for outreach.
- Excellent phone manner and the ability to open career/business conversations with recruiters.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and market mapping skills.
- A good understanding of how recruiters think, what motivates them and why they may want a different route.
- The ability to spot commercial potential in people.
- Strong organisation and follow-up discipline.
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.
- The maturity to explain a franchise/profit-share model without overpromising.

Pay range and compensation package:
- GBP 30,000 to GBP 35,000 basic salary DOE.
- GBP 65,000 to GBP 75,000 OTE.
- Incentives for onboarding new franchise partners.
- Additional upside when onboarded partners make their first placement within 3 months.
- Override opportunity on initial gross profit generated by onboarded franchisees in their first 6 months.
- Remote-first working model with regular leadership access.
