An opportunity has arisen in our Ashwood House, Stranraer office for a 36 hours per week Senior Clerical Assistant, providing admin support to our operational team in Justice Social Work. Duties will cover a range of general and administrative tasks, including occasional reception cover.
You must be educated to Higher grade/SVQ level 2 in an appropriate subject, with moderate office experience in a wide range of admin tasks, customer service, the ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task, and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
A team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision, you will also show that you appreciate the confidential nature of this post and can be sensitive to the needs of others. Knowledge of Justice Social Work would be beneficial.
