Property Services are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor in its busy Design Team in Dunoon, Lochgilphead or Helensburgh. Argyll and Bute is one of Scotland’s most stunning areas. Your main focus in this role will be to assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide the Council and Client Departments with a professional Quantity Surveying service ensuring best value is delivered to service users by taking specific responsibility for capital and revenue maintenance projects. The ideal candidate shall be a qualified member of the RICS or working towards suitable qualification and will be required to liaise with other members of the design team, clients, consultants and any internal or external bodies as necessary to ensure effective and timeous delivery.
