What You'll Be Doing:

-Supporting children and adults with Autism to achieve their personal goals.

-Encouraging independence and developing life skills.

-Delivering person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

-Promoting positive wellbeing, confidence, and self-esteem.

-Building positive, professional relationships with individuals, families, and professionals.

-Using Positive Behaviour Support principles and autism-friendly approaches.

-Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support planning.

A supportive and approachable management team

Flexible part-time working opportunities

Opportunities for career progression

A positive and values-led workplace culture

The chance to make a genuine difference every day

These values shape every interaction, every decision, and every support we offer and at the heart of our philosophy is a simple but powerful belief:

Weekend support is required to enable Individuals to access the community, accompany them on outings, activities, facilitating friendships and achieve their goals within their careplan.

Weekends are less structured times where \"different\" activities can be be tried and we can spend time with our people to help them access new things.
