- Witham
What You'll Be Doing.....No two days are ever the same.
You could be:
- Supporting a child to attend clubs, activities, or community events.
- Helping an adult develop independence and daily living skills.
- Encouraging confidence, emotional wellbeing, and social connections.
- Supporting individuals to achieve personal goals and learn new skills.
- Accompanying people on days out, appointments, activities, and community visits.
- Providing positive, person-centred support that promotes choice, independence, and inclusion.
- Working alongside families and professionals to ensure outstanding outcomes.
Your working area will largely depend on where you live, and we always aim to match staff with individuals within a reasonable travelling distance whenever possible.
