As a
Technical Administrator , you'll support the Technical Team in ensuring the delivery of safe, legal, and high-quality food products.
Through effective administration, accurate record-keeping, and compliance support, you'll play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards across the business.
Location
Wednesbury, From time to time there may be a requirement to support the business on travel between sites.
Salary
£25,174 per annum

The role
- Support the delivery of safe, legal, and high-quality food products across our brands.
- Manage and redirect technical enquiries to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with supplier approval activities and associated technical documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Team across a range of activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal technical systems, processes, and records.
- Produce Certificates of Analysis (Co A) and Certificates of Conformity (Co C) to accompany product deliveries.
- Support process control activities, including the maintenance and archiving of production records.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible when required.
